Onika Tanya Maraj, popularly known as Nicki Minaj cleared the rumors last week with the announcement of her first pregnancy.
The 37-year-old rapper took to her Instagram page to share pictures of her bump in a series of striking poses. She was pictured cradling her bump and ranting excitedly about how she’s enjoying every bit of her new life.
It would be recalled that the rapper married her fiancé, Kenneth Petty sometime last year in 2019. This followed her announcement saying that she’s retiring to start up a family.
The rapper’s last solo was 2019’s “Megatron” which peaked just inside the Top 20 hits.
She has managed to notch not just one but two number one hits on the Billboard’s Hot 100.
As we look forward to actually believing her retirement story, a new Nicki Minaj single has just been released. Her new track is in collaboration with ASAP Ferg marking it their third collaboration.
