The Chairman, North Central Governor’s Forum and Governor of Niger State, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello, has congratulated the new 19th Emir of Zazzau, Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli.
The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mary Noel-Berje, stated this in a congratulatory message to the new Emir.
His words, “The Governor believes the new Emir of Zazzau would bring to bear his experiences and exposure in the discharge of his duties.”
The Chief Press Secretary also expressed the Governor’s optimism in the new Emir’s capacity to be a good custodian of traditional values and rich heritage of the Zazzau dynasty.
Alhaji Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli is the 19th Emir of Zazzau. He succeeds late Dr Shehu Idris who died on Sunday, 20th September 2020.
It should be noted that Nuhu Bamalli is the first Emir from the Mallawa ruling house in 100 years, following the demise in 1920 of his grandfather, Emir Dan Sidi.
