The Federal Government has announced the 4th of August as the date for the re-opening of secondary schools across the country for students in exit classes only.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Director of Press and Public Relations, Ministry of Education, Ben Bem Goong, who explained that the decision was reached at the meeting of stakeholders in the educational sector.
“Only students in the exit classes are expected to resume so that they can participate in the West Africa Examination exercise scheduled to begin on the 17th of August, 2020′, the statement stated.
