Police Recruitment: Applicants assured of fairness and justice

Applicants at the ongoing screening exercise for enlistment into the Nigerian Police Force were yesterday assured of justice and fairness in the selection process.

The Kebbi State Command Public Relations Officer, DSP Nafi’u Abubakar gave the assurance while speaking to Hanoky Media on the ongoing recruitment screening exercise in Birnin Kebbi.

The PPRO who emphasised strongly on a free and fair screening exercise said, “The screening is ongoing and according to the laid-down rules and regulations.”

“I will also like to inform you that all the COVID-19 preventive protocols and guidelines of the NCDC are properly set out by the command.”

“On the procedure to be followed for ease of the exercise, the force has categorised the candidates into batches according to their Local Government Areas”, he said.

DSP Nafi’u reiterated that the candidates are required to present their national identity card, birth certificate or declaration of age and other relevant documents to the screening committee.

“In addition, the applicants are required to be physically and mentally fit and should be within the age of 18 and 25 years,” he added.
