Kano: Group asks Sen. Gaya to contest 2023 guber

Group under the umbrella for Sen. Ibrahim Gaya 2023 Guber in Kano, has pleaded with the senator to contest the governorship position of the state in the fourthcoming general election.

This was contained in a statement issued by the Chairman of the group, Mallam, Jamilu Abdullahi Bichi and was made available to Hanoky Media in Kano yesterday.

“Sen. Kabiru Ibrahim Gaya is an experienced politician who ruled Kano state for about three years and In his short stay, he executed so many developmental projects that are visible till date.

“So we need him to continue from where governor, Ganduje will stop in 29th May, 2023”, the statement explained.

The group further called on the Senator to grant their plea which they claimed were the opinion of the masses for 2023 governorship position for Kano State.
